1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
2. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND THIRD-PARTY DATA
AI-Generated Content: MyCritic utilizes artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to generate personalized recommendations, insights, and character archetypes. All AI-generated content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Due to the inherent nature of machine learning and generative AI, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any generated recommendations or insights. You acknowledge that AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or inconsistent, and MyCritic assumes no liability for any reliance placed on AI-generated content.
Third-Party APIs and Metadata: Our platform relies on third-party application programming interfaces (APIs), including but not limited to The Movie Database (TMDB), to display movie metadata, synopses, posters, and related imagery. MyCritic claims no ownership over this third-party intellectual property. All media artwork and metadata remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Your use of MyCritic is also subject to the terms of service of these third-party data providers, and we reserve the right to modify or remove third-party media from our platform at any time without notice.
